Echino grassy plain

We've always been fond of bags, my mother, sisters and I. Not to mention my dad, he had a few (ahem) travel-bags of his own that called the shots on our attic. So I guess you could say it's in the blood! Last weekend we went to Oegstgeest to visit my mom. SHE, my dears, has a NOSE for combining the right fabrics/colors and patterns. Some time ago my mom got this pattern and made these. Aren't they great?! Wish I had combed my hair though...

You can find this shopper pattern and more here. Our thinker linen cotton blend fabrics (e.g. echino, Melody Miller, Skinny laMinx) combine great with the double gauzes by nani IRO as linings. If you need advice feel free to contact me.

By the way, don't you just love the ecological moss ground my mom's home is surrounded by?! I always want to take some and plant it on the roof of our barn.. could I?
